Hack Nation Oil Filtration System

A second, ultra-fine stage of oil filtration that cleans your oil every minute the engine runs.

The Hack Nation Oil Filtration System continuously routes a portion of engine oil through a 3-micron filter that captures the microscopic particles a standard filter can't. It works alongside your factory oil filter, not in place of it.

What makes it better

• 3-micron filtration. The industry standard for fine filtration: it flows well and protects your oil's additive package, so you keep running the oil you already use.
• About 300 yards of filter media. A huge capacity for trapping contaminants.
• Only 1–2 psi of pressure drop at operating temperature. No meaningful effect on oil pressure.
• Three-bolt canister lid. Fast filter changes, with a filter change interval of about 40,000 miles (roughly 60,000 km).
• Oil sample kit with every replacement filter. Track oil condition and catch fuel dilution or coolant from a leaking injector cup early.

Why it matters

• Built for remote and high-cost service. Service rigs, wireline units and anything working remote, where every trip out for an oil change costs real money.
• Clean oil, longer drains. Ultra-fine filtration plus regular samples (about every 10,000–15,000 miles / 15,000–25,000 km) lets you extend drain intervals with confidence.

What's included

• Remote-mount filter canister with mounting bracket: mount it on the frame, by the fender or behind the cab, wherever service is easiest
• 3-micron Hack Nation filter element
• Plumbs from a pressure-side oil gallery and returns to the pan. Hoses are made to length at any hydraulic shop, or we'll install it in our shop or with our mobile service
