This website is operated by Northern Repair Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), 302 9835 101 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 5V4, Canada. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Use of the store

You must be the age of majority in your province or state to use this store. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and fitment

Our parts are heavy-duty diesel engine and turbo components from Hack Nation / Hell and Back. You are responsible for confirming part numbers and compatibility with your engine before you order, and for having parts installed by a qualified technician. We are happy to help confirm fitment. 3. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include freight or applicable taxes. Prices, descriptions and stock levels may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund your payment.

4. Freight and pickup

Freight is quoted by email after your order and is not included at checkout. Free pickup is available at 3902 99 St, County of Grande Prairie No. 1, AB. We ship within Canada only. If you decline the freight quote, we cancel your order and refund you in full. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Warranty and returns

All returns are handled as warranty claims with the manufacturer, under the manufacturer's warranty terms, as described in our Refund Policy. Used parts are sold as is, with no returns. There are no core charges.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product information accurate. Product photos may show representative parts, and descriptions may contain occasional errors, which we may correct at any time.

7. Third-party services

Payment processing and other services are provided by third parties, including Shopify, under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from our store.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for the manufacturer warranty and as required by law, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Northern Repair Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including downtime, towing, labour or lost revenue, arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Northern Repair Ltd. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
