Shipping Policy

Northern Repair Ltd. ships Hack Nation and Hell and Back parts from our parts location at 3902 99 St, County of Grande Prairie No. 1, Alberta. We ship within Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Freight quoted after your order

Heavy-duty parts vary widely in size, weight and destination, so freight is not charged at checkout. Checkout shows "Freight not included, quoted by email after order" at $0. After you order, we email you a freight quote for your location. Your order ships once you approve the quote and freight is paid. If you decline the freight quote, we cancel your order and refund you in full.

Shipping insurance

Every freight quote includes an option for shipping insurance. If you decline insurance, you accept the risk of loss or damage in transit.

Free local pickup

Choose pickup to collect your order at no charge from 3902 99 St, County of Grande Prairie No. 1, AB. We'll contact you when your order is ready.

Damaged or lost shipments

For insured shipments, contact us right away and we'll handle the claim with you. Uninsured shipments are shipped at the buyer's risk.

Warranty returns

Freight on warranty returns is paid by whichever party the manufacturer decides, as described in our Refund Policy.
