Refund policy

Northern Repair Ltd. is an Official Hack Nation dealer. Every Hack Nation and Hell and Back part we sell is backed by its manufacturer, and we stand behind you through the entire process.

Warranty and defects

All returns are handled as warranty claims. Warranty coverage and defect claims are handled by the manufacturer, Hack Nation / Hell and Back, under the manufacturer's warranty terms. All claims are handled remotely by phone and email.

How we help

If you have a problem with a part you bought from us, contact Northern Repair first. We'll walk you through the claim, work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf, and pass along whatever resolution the manufacturer provides us.

Freight on warranty claims

Freight on warranty returns and replacements is paid by whichever party the manufacturer determines is responsible.

Shipping damage

Shipping insurance is offered with every freight quote. If you decline shipping insurance, any damage that happens in transit is the buyer's responsibility.
